In today’s real estate economy, I hear so many agents ask how to generate seller leads. It makes sense because the inventory levels are low in many areas of the country, and buyers are looking for great homes to own.
The biggest problem that many of the agents face is that the things they are stating in their marketing message do not relate to the needs of today’s sellers.
In this podcast episode, I highlight some information that came from a survey from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). They asked sellers what the most important factor was when they were looking for an agent to hire to sell their home.
